About GLP AI

What is GLP AI?

GLP AI is a GLP-1 tracker app for iPhone and Android. It logs shots or pills, side effects, weight, and meals on one timeline, gives every meal a 0–100 GLP-1 Meal Score, and has a 24/7 AI coach that answers questions using your own logs. It is for tracking and education, not medical advice.

Which GLP-1 medications does GLP AI work with?

Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Rybelsus, Saxenda, semaglutide, tirzepatide, and compounded forms, as shots or pills. You enter your medication and dose yourself; GLP AI does not verify them.

How is GLP AI different from a general diet app?

It is built around GLP-1 treatment. Doses and side effects sit on the same timeline as meals, so a dose week and the meals in it are read together. The GLP-1 Meal Score reads protein, fiber, portion balance, and nutrition quality for a reduced appetite instead of counting calories alone, and the AI coach answers from your own logs rather than from generic advice.

Is GLP AI a substitute for my doctor?

No. GLP AI is a tracking and education tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnose symptoms, or recommend dose changes. Follow your prescriber's instructions and bring your logs to your appointments.

Features and how to use them

How does the AI coach work?

The coach answers questions using what you have logged: doses, meals, symptoms, and weight. Ask it to explain a meal you logged, what a side effect pattern looks like across dose weeks, or general questions about living with a GLP-1. It gives general information grounded in your data, not medical advice, and it will not tell you to change a dose.

How do I log a meal?

Tap Log food on the home screen. Choose Scan to take a photo of the plate or scan a barcode, Enter to search for a food by name, or Describe to type or speak what you ate. Review the foods and amounts, then save. Step-by-step instructions are in How food logging works in GLP AI.

What is the GLP-1 Meal Score?

Every logged meal gets a score from 0 to 100 and a letter grade based on protein, fiber, portion balance, and nutrition quality. A+ is 85–100, A is 70–84, B is 55–69, C is 40–54, and F is 0–39. The letter describes the food, not the serving size; changing the portion updates protein, fiber, and calories.

How do I track my protein intake?

GLP AI sets a daily protein goal. Every meal you log adds its protein to the day's total, and the day view shows protein and fiber against their targets. Correcting a serving after you save updates the total.

How do I log my doses and injection sites?

Log a dose from the home screen with its date, time, amount, and injection site, and set a reminder for the next one. Pills are logged the same way without a site. Dose history is shown on the same timeline as your meals and side effects.

How do I log side effects?

Open the side effect tracker, pick the symptom, set its severity, and save it to the day it happened. Side effects appear beside your doses on the timeline so you can see how they line up with dose days and dose increases.

What is the medication level chart?

An estimate of how much medication is in your body between doses, calculated from your logged doses with a pharmacokinetic model. It is an estimate, not a measurement, and it should not be used to decide or change a dose.

Does GLP AI sync with Apple Health or Health Connect?

Yes. Connecting Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android brings in your age, height, and weight, so you do not have to type them. You can connect or disconnect it in Settings.

Plans and subscription

Is GLP AI free?

Free covers tracking, with a limited try of the AI coach, Meal Score, and medication chart. Premium unlocks the full versions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose GLP AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, go to Subscriptions, choose GLP AI, and tap Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the app store you bought through. On iPhone, manage it under Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, manage it in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.

Your data

Can I export my data?

Yes. In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Manage my data. Export CSV gives you every log as a spreadsheet; Export PDF summary builds a report you can bring to a doctor visit. Both are free on every plan and cover your whole history. If you do not see the Manage my data row, update the app to the current version.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and choose Close account. Closing your account cannot be undone and permanently deletes your data. If you need help, email support@glpai.app from the address on the account.

What data does GLP AI collect?

What you enter: medication and doses, side effects, meals and the food photos you take, weight, and the age, height, and weight values you choose to bring in from Apple Health or Health Connect. The Privacy Policy lists the usage and crash data collected to run the app.

Is my data shared or sold?

GLP AI does not sell your personal health data. Service providers that run the app, for example the AI models that read a meal photo, process data only to provide that feature. The Privacy Policy lists what is collected and which providers are used.

Troubleshooting and contact

Why aren't my notifications working?

Check that notifications are allowed for GLP AI in your phone's settings, then check the reminder settings inside the app. If reminders still do not arrive, restart the app; if that does not help, reinstall it and sign back in.

How do I contact support?

Email support@glpai.app. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one, and we will reply by email.
